About Aria Integrative Medicine
Aria Integrative Medicine was founded in 2013 by Dr. Jenny Bennett in response to the demand for quality care for those suffering with chronic autoimmune diseases.
The clinic is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Laurelhurst in Seattle, just east of University Village. Our physicians combine Naturopathic Medicine and Acupuncture to reduce symptom severity of chronic diseases while simultaneously treating the underlying cause of these chronic conditions. They are specially trained to utilize naturopathic medicine, physical exam, unique laboratory testing and Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture to monitor and improve measurable immune system and inflammatory markers with each patient over the course of treatment.
Guiding Principles
Personalized Care
We believe that every person is different and every condition is different. What may be triggering to one autoimmune disease may not be triggering to another. Our goal is to figure out what treatment works best for you given your individual symptoms and needs.

We believe that educating you about your condition empowers you to be able to take the essential steps toward improving your health. The more you understand about how your body works, the better you can advocate for yourself and your health!
Collaboration
We believe that good healthcare requires collaboration between providers involved in your care. We work with many specialists in the area to help combine conventional and alternative healthcare practices in a way that provides the most optimal care.
Progress
Tracking progress is important to us. Treatment for chronic inflammatory conditions can take many months or years. If progress stalls and slows, we are always willing to reexamine the course of action and make adjustments where necessary to help facilitate overall health and well being.
